Cuffed ET Tubes

Butler Ambulance Service will be phasing out the uncuffed ET Tubes for cuffed tubes.  Continue to use the uncuffed tubes till the supply is exhausted.  Cuffed ET Tubes in smaller sizes are now available in the ED (You have to ask for them) and in the Butler Ambulance Stockroom.  Please note:  0.5–1.0 mL of air may be sufficient to inflate cuffs of 3.0–5.0 mm ID tubes.  Only provide enough air to inflate the pilot balloon.
