Mandatory –  (PCRs) Before you leave for the day

If a PCR is not going to be completed and left undone, the following items must be completed before leaving for the day.

•  Dispatch Status - Before leaving for the day, calls must be brought to the top and saved to the bottom. Otherwise, you will not see the call during your next shift, and signatures will be lost. 

•  Demographics – The patient’s name, address, DOB, phone number, SSN, and any available identifying information must be entered into Tablet PC.

•  Upload the EKG & the patient’s vitals or enter the vitals manually.

•  Attach the refusal
