PSP Clearance Directions

• Go to the following website:  https://epatch.state.pa.us/Home.jsp

• Click "Submit a New Record Check"

• Click Accept

• Click Individual Request

• Reason For Request is "Employment"

• Complete the Requestor Information and Record check Request Form

• Add Payment Information

• Click on the control number and print your clearance

• Please write down your control number and date of the request before you close the site, as this is the only reference given that will allow you to go into the account later if needed.   

• The cost of this clearance is $22
